We have just returned from our stay in this venue and we have to say that it was amazing. The location of this hotel is just perfect as it is right towards the main railwaystation, which allowed us to travel around with ease. The staff and service were top-notch, with facilities such as room service and dry cleaning available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed, including an ironing facility, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was delicious with a buffet of options to choose from, and the receptionist from Freiburg was lovely to talk to.
We had no negative experiences during our stay here and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, directly opposite the central train station. It made it so easy to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always there to assist with any requests. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. it was a great experience.
That there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable during warm weather.

We were actually surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. Just steps away from the central train station, we were able to easily access all that Hamburg has to offer. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for our stay. The design of the hotel had a charming vintage vibe, which we found quite appealing. Our room wasnice and neat, with a cozy nook for the bed and excellent reading light. The breakfast spread was sumptuous, with delicious options to start our day. we would highly recommend Hotel Europaischer Hof for a pleasant and convenient stay in Hamburg.

No air conditioning in the room, uncomfortably warm. Noise from the busy neighborhood when trying to cool down the room by opening the window.
